: Nir Halfon Nir is passionate about education and training people in biodynamic and regenerative farming and gardening. He has been involved with the Biodynamic Agricultural College since 2009 as a teacher, administrator and since 2016 as a trustee. Until recently he was a grower at Plawhatch Farm and currently works at Plumpton College as a program manager

: Alysoun Bolger Alysoun has been involved in biodynamic education and training for 20 years. She has also been a certification officer for BDA Organic and Demeter Certification in the UK and is currently on the Executive Board of the Biodynamic Federation Demeter International. Originally from the US, Alysoun currently lives in the west of England and has been involved with BDAC online learning since 2012.

: Mark Moodie Mark was so sceptical when he first heard about biodynamic agriculture, he spent 30 years asking questions to build up the picture. : Kai Lange Kai is a farmer, grower and teacher and is coordinating the BDAC work based training and quality assurance. He has been involved in biodynamic education since 1985 starting in Germany. He aims to inspire people’s love for land work and believes that biodynamic practice is the most wholistic and works well alongside all agroecology movements.

: Jenni Rosenbrock Jenni is an educational consultant with a background in teaching organic horticulture to children and young people with special educational needs. She enjoys gardening at home in an urban environment, and volunteering at the biodynamic Moss Valley Market Garden in Sheffield.

: Mark Aldington Mark is a homeopath based near Stroud and has a special interest in combining biodynamic and homeopathic methods to develop and use remedies for soil, plants and animals for health improvements and remediation. Until recently, Mark has been a partner in an award-winning (2001) organic farm in Wales, which was fully certified organic in 1993

: Jonathan Code Jonathan is an educator, author, crafts practitioner and gardener. He teaches and undertakes research in the ‘fields’ of consciousness studies, the western esoteric tradition, the history & philosophy of science, agroecology & agri-culture, and integrative education. Jonathan is a senior lecturer with the Crossfields Institute, a lecturer at the Royal Agricultural University (RAU) Cirencester, and he runs workshops in crafts and practical skills contexts. Jonathan has contributed to Biodynamic education in the UK and internationally for over 20 years. His book Muck and Mind; Encountering Biodynamic Agriculture is distributed by Lindisfarne/Floris books.

: Kesiah Suskin Keziah Suskin is one of our Trustees. She’s also the livestock manager on a mixed biodynamic farm in Wiltshire, running a dairy and raising pigs and sheep. The milk, meat and wool produced is sold at the farm shop and via a box scheme, along with fruit and vegetables from the farm. There are educational programmes for schools, adults with learning difficulties and the general public on site. Plus research on bird, insect, bat and plant diversity is being carried out. She feels her role is the most tangible way she can have a positive impact, giving back more than she takes.

: Shahara Khaleque Shahara Khaleque is a grower, educator and communicator with a background in biodynamic agriculture, permaculture, and community food systems. She’s worked on the land for over a decade — from building a productive market garden at Birch Community that supplied two restaurants, to co-founding a permaculture and education project in Hong Kong, where she ran workshops and grew food for local communities. She trained in biodynamic agriculture through the BDAC program and has worked with both animals and vegetables across a range of farm settings. Alongside her hands-on growing, she brings experience in content creation, outreach and digital strategy — skills she now uses for a diverse client-base. Shahara is passionate about land-based learning, farmer-to-farmer knowledge sharing, and growing resilient food systems. She’s spoken at the Oxford Real Farming Conference, Farm Hack, and the LWA Skills Share, and continues to support training and communication across the agroecology movement.
